⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ William was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the first conversation to driving off in the 2025 Bronco, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Could not be happier with the process or the vehicle — I highly recommend William to anyone looking for an exceptional car-buying experience!

Jason Keller in the service department always take care of you. He catches things the technicians don’t. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Jonathan Soo is also very helpful. He makes sure you get everything you paid for. Patrick who sold my truck to me is very friendly and always checks on my wife and I every time he sees us. My wife and I will only buy from Banner. Thank you, Banner Ford for the great service and support. It’s the employees that make the difference.

We recently visited Banner Ford to check out the Explorer STs since we were in search of the best SUV with a third row. We took the Explorer for a spin with salesperson Montae, who was super helpful and knowledgeable. The Explorer pretty much blew us away and practically sells itself, but Montae definitely sealed the deal for us. He was great. We bought the car and have been happy with it. BUT EVERYTHING since purchase while dealing with dealership and the finance manager Les Dodd has been frustrating. We were told we were eligible for a rebate and cannot seem to get reimbursed for it. Keep getting the run around. Les has not been helpful, no follow up, leaving me to call him over and over for a month now. When I finally had enough and showed frustration in the matter and asking for an update..he tells me "Not much I can do as everyone is out of town"..and then says "sorry your having a bad day". Worst customer service. They got our money and no longer care. Guess they dont care about long term returning customers and word of mouth at banner ford.

I drove my previous car for 16 years and when I finally decided I wanted to buy a new car, I decided on a Ford Explorer. Ivan Lopez was my sales person and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to help me out. He knew everything about the Explorer and answered all of my questions. A lot has changed in 16 years with technology, and I felt kind of lost at first. Thank you, Ivan for making the purchase of a new car so enjoyable. I highly recommend Ivan Lopez and Banner Ford in Mandeville.

Purchased a used 2022 with 75k, supposedly Blue Certified. Buying the truck was fun and exciting, but once I handed over the money and left it was nothing but problems that I gave up trying to get fixed by Banner Ford. By the time I drove home (100 miles) I had multiple service warnings on dash and a out running light that I did not notice buying the truck in the daytime. I called in and was told by Jason in service next Wednesday, I work 12hr shifts Monday- Saturday, seeing i would have to take off I called that Tuesday to confirm. No appointment set. 2 months later, my truck is taking in. Was told there is a recall for my running light but was for flickering not completely out, had to go back and forth and after a week of rental car I got the truck back. Running light fixed, nothing else I brought it in for fixed, still same warnings across dash. I instantly called Jason in service, he pushed me off, even knowing my blue certified warranty was about up. I have so many problems. Air Dam never fixed, None of the Power Sources on the truck work, transmission slips and sticks! I'm certain I bought someone else's problems and there is no way this truck went through a 139 point inspection by a competent mechanic. Should have bought from a corner lot instead of spending extra thousands thinking something is Blue Certified, thanks for the lesson Banner Ford. I will be spending alot more money on mechanics to fix the problems i trusted a dealership. Worst place I could have bought a used vehicle from.
