This dealership was absolutely fantastic! I worked with Yama and he was professional and courteous and personable. Amir in finance was great as well, he worked very hard to get me the payment I wanted and he made the process super simple for me. I will admit that I was nervous going to a "city" to buy the car but they were all so friendly and I would definitely make the 3 hour drive to buy from them again. I will say for the money that I paid, I would have expected the car to have floor mats. I asked about them since it did have the all weather package and was told that if they aren't the best, they get thrown out and I could purchase some if I wanted for $160+. Its winter and paying $30k for a car, floor mats could have been thrown in... but aside from that, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them

This dealership is Amazing!! I recently purchased a new Crosstrek and it was a very quick and easy process. Kennedy the sales associate was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. She also was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lauren the sales manager was also great to work with. She helped get me a great price and was helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend this place for your next vehicle purchase! I will definitely be going back for my next Subaru! Thank you Safford Brown!

I filled out an inquiry in "Kelly Blue Book" to get a "Used Car" I was looking at. Gaba called me and we discussed the particulars of the car. After all the back and forth we settled on a price and delivery of my car. Gabe delivered it himself and was completely helpful and honest. The car showed up with a clean interior, new tires and a great condition for a "Used Model". My experience here was easy and pleasing. Highly recommended for online services, communication transparency and services.

Great service! This car buying experience was an emotional roller coaster for me. However, Ibrahim and Anthony made it a smooth experience and did everything in their power to accommodate my budget and needs. As a woman going to a car dealership, of course I was worried about mansplaining but I never got that impression from them. I felt like I was treated with great respect during the entire process. Highly recommend this dealership!

I'm not happy with the service that I have. I brought the car haven't even been a week and had to put tires on it. Took the care to Firestone and got it looked over. The rear rotors and tire were just enough to pass inspection. The rear shocks are bad and making noise when I go over a bump.I told them about the issues that I have and I was asked did I know that I was buying a used car. I would be told that things have being worked on and no return call back. I have yet to receive a call back. The manager texted me in all caps when I asked not to have my credit ran. I told my salesman about it and he has been the only person to respond to me but they have not done nothing yet. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS AGAIN. Now that I gave them a BAD review for the service maybe I'll get a call back. LEARN FROM THIS EVERYONE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. The only reason I can't give them ZERO ON THE 5 STAR REVIEW IS BECAUSE I CANNOT MOVE ON TO FINISH MY REVIEW ON THEM. MAYBE AFTER THIS THE MANAGER WILL LEARN HOW TO USE CAPS WHEN HES TALKING TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.
