Ayham is a finance whiz with such a friendly and straightforward approach. Everything was transparent and hassle-free. I really cannot have expected much more. Not to mention I love my new car!! “I bought a used car from Safford Brown Kia Manassas. I won’t say that buying a used car is fun, but Safford Brown made it easy and painless. The out-the-door price including taxes and fees was provided on the web site, and that’s exactly what we paid. I didn’t try to haggle as the car was exactly what I wanted and was already priced fairly. The salesperson who helped us, Ali, was friendly and helpful. The car itself was in good shape and was really clean. (Why do some dealerships apparently not clean their cars? I get that they’re used, but do they have to look like it?) Overall a completely satisfactory experience. I only have one suggestion: provide milk or cream for the coffee. Powdered creamer is an abomination. :-)”

“John Beatty at the service center has been fantastic, from initial check to the complete resolution of the issues on my EV9. He even followed up after a day or two to check if everything has been good. Would need to come back though as the seat is still having a bit of issue but overall the service has been great. They did the repair promptly and even offered a ride. We opted to wait at the waiting area which is lovely too as it has nice comfy chair, with free hot drinks and some snacks. Thank you John again for a great service.”
