Friendly Staff. Just purchased used vehicle. Was not overwhelmed like many can experience. Went from test drive to walking out with a sale in about 4 hrs total. They are under construction so thereto are doing everything to keep their appearance presentable during the transition. So I was pleasantly surprised that it went as smooth as it did.

I will never bring my car here ever again or buy another Hyundai vehicle after the experience I had here. I bought my Hyundai vehicle to this location after I was told by another Auto place that is not Hyundai that my Calayst Converter needs to be replaced. They explained to me since my vehicle is under 80,000 miles it would be covered. I made the appointment at this location because this is the closest one to my place on Monday December 22nd. I was told by this location since Hyundai didn't look at it they would have to do a diagnostic themselves, if whatever is wrong with my vehicle is covered by warranty I wouldn't be charged the diagnostic fee. Just for them to tell me it is the calayst Converter is that needs to be replaced but it's not covered under warranty. I questioned them why it's not under warranty and they made up excuse that it's because I'm the second owner. So I explained I don't have $2,500 and came to get my vehicle..Once I found all my warrenty information and confirmed it was under warranty.. I called back up there and they made up some excuse saying it wasn't covered because something with my power. Like be forreal. I was told that they would have it escalated to a manager that I never heard from. I called to get update and was out on hold for more than 15 mins..They never came back to the phone or even called me back. When in reality they just didn't want to cover it... I have my warranty in writing and they still wouldn't cover it under warranty..This is ridiculous how Hyundai do business and obviously do not honor their warranty. I will also be making a video on social media about my experience with Hyundai. This is ridiculous. The funny thing about all of this is I know someone who actually works for Hyundai and also told me it is covered. On top of that, another Hyundai dealership confirmed that it is also under warranty. I am definitely disappointed and I would never ever recommend Hyundai to anyone. I will also be taking legal action ....

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Hyundai dealership, and I can’t thank James, Nasser, and Jordan enough for the care and professionalism they showed my family and me. From start to finish, they were incredibly honest, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made a potentially stressful situation feel smooth and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions without pressure, and truly had our best interests in mind. It never felt like a transaction it felt like working with people who actually care. After a challenging time for our family, their kindness and transparency meant more than they probably realize. We left feeling confident, supported, and grateful for the entire experience. If you’re looking for a Hyundai dealership that values integrity, communication, and treating people the right way, I highly recommend working with James, Nasser, and Jordan. They truly went above and beyond.

🚫 Avoid This Dealership and Save Yourself Headache and Time! I’ve purchased over six Hyundai vehicles in my lifetime from various dealerships, and this is by far the worst and shadiest experience I’ve ever had. Safford-Brown Hyundai (Hyundai Safford Brown) WILL scam you one way or another. Sales Manager Naseer, Salesman David Menjivar, and General Manager David Roach all made promises that were never fulfilled, and now they completely ignore calls, emails, and in-person visits. Once the sale is done, they stop responding altogether. Read the other negative reviews, this is a universal experience and I wish I had listened before I purchased my car from here. They will disavow their "We Owe" list and the manager, Naseer, will claim "someone else" negotiated it, not him. They will pretend to be very nice and on your side right up until you buy the vehicle after that they will ignore all messages, ignore all calls, ignore all emails. When you come to see them in person, they will have you sit and wait for hours while the manager will hide and pretend to be busy. There are lots of other Hyundai dealerships in the area, buy from ANYONE ELSE but Safford-Brown. As for my experience: - On the day of purchase, the car’s side panel was chipped. They told us to just sign the paperwork and promised to replace it before we left. It wasn’t replaced. They said “in a few days.” It’s been over a month and still not fixed. - There was a ketchup stain on the white interior. We were told it would be cleaned before we finished signing. It wasn’t. Later, GM David Roach mocked us for caring about a stain in a new car, then promised a fabric specialist would handle it. It’s been over a month and still no cleaning. - The finance rep literally left the room while we were reviewing the papers and pressured us to hurry because “other customers were waiting.” We later found out the final amount we paid was higher than the out-the-door price quoted. When we asked about it, Naseer claimed he never said that was the out-the-door price, which is false. If they were going to add additional fees, why wouldn't they tell us these fees were being added during the signing, why did we only find out after signing? - Before the sale, we negotiated directly with the sales manager Nasser for mud guards, cargo net, and a few other items that were clearly listed on the We Owe document. Now, Naseer denies ever agreeing to them, even though it’s written down and signed. They’ve ignored every follow-up message about this. This is a dealership that refuses to stand by its word. If you’re thinking of buying here, please don’t. There are many Hyundai dealerships in the area that will actually treat you fairly and honor their promises. Save yourself the frustration. Drive an extra few miles and buy from a different dealership. Never buy from Safford-Brown, they will find a way to scam you. Don't fall for their nice behavior, the mask comes off as soon as you sign. He comprado más de seis vehículos Hyundai en mi vida, y este concesionario ha sido el más deshonesto y problemático. Además, nos apuraron a firmar sin mostrarnos el precio final completo, y luego resultó ser más alto de lo acordado. Este lugar no respeta sus promesas y no ofrece ningún apoyo después de la venta.

Hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased from. This is literally my 3rd purchase from them. I'm already looking into buying a fourth. Customer service is truly impeccable. James is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever purchased a car from. I'm a car guy myself I felt like a car guy was selling a car to me. So that relieved a ton of pressure of the mind games. He was honest and patient! Wasn't pushy at all!
