“We have been long time customers and loyal fans. We have had our cars serviced here since 2011 and own 3 Toyotas purchased at Millers. But since Covid the hours are cut and the dealership is a ghost town. The sign it is time to move on was taking a vehicle in for a routine service, paying and driving off only to see the maintenance light still on. If you cannot get that right I no longer trust you to service our vehicles. Mind you service is the bread and butter of a dealer. Happy to take our vehicles elsewhere. When you are trying to have your cash team reset a vehicle you have a dealer management problem. How can there not be on senior staff person on site when customers are picking up before 6?”
