“Great experience overall! The customer service was excellent — everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. Chris went above and beyond by helping negotiate my APR down with my auto finance company, which I really appreciated. They also worked with me on negotiating the car appraisal rate and made the entire experience pretty fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free car buying experience.
Updated Review: I purchased my vehicle on December 19th, and within 30 days of ownership I began experiencing noticeable driving issues. After taking the car to a Nissan service department, I was informed that the vehicle required transmission service.
This maintenance should have been completed before the vehicle was sold. Transmission service is recommended every 30,000 miles, yet the car was sold to me with 62,200 miles, meaning the service was overdue and overlooked.
A transmission-related issue is not minor, and it is disappointing that such essential maintenance was not addressed or disclosed prior to sale. Buyers should not have to discover overdue maintenance through mechanical problems shortly after purchasing a vehicle.
I expect greater transparency and accountability from a dealership, and I strongly encourage improved pre-sale inspections to prevent this from happening to future customers.”

“I drove two hours away to grab a vehicle They had listed spoke with the sales person and the finance manager. The finance manager gave me his word. The vehicle was in pretty decent shape. He told me it passed the safety inspection and everything was up-to-date. I had to get it inspected in Maryland and to my surprise the brakes failed horribly. The brakes had No pad left. I’m not even sure how safely made it home. Called the dealership to see if they could make it right, a week and a half went by. No one called back. Once I finally spoke with the finance manager, Alex, he was very rude. And also tried to bully me and tell me I was a liar. (See the pictures below) They told me the truck was as is, and I should’ve looked at the truck before I left. Even after they told me the truck was in really good standing. Do not trust these people whatsoever have your vehicle thoroughly inspected before you consider purchasing anything with them. It appears they are doing patch jobs to vehicles and not doing honest business.
You can see the old brake pads next to a set of new brake pads, needless to say the truck needed $700 worth of brake work, by the way that does not pass Virginia state inspection like they told me it did, I did notify the Virginia state troopers and they are investigating. I gave them a copy of Maryland State inspection date miles and inspection results. which clearly isn’t matching up to what they said.”
