I bought a 2017 Ram 1500 for a great price and it looked and drove like it came straight from the factory. My salesperson, Ibrahim, greeted me, was very informative, and not once pushed anything on me. He showed me the full carfax report on the truck and gave me to keys for a test drive. By letting me drive it alone, I was able to focus solely on the vehicle, rather than making small talk while driving. I knew there was nothing Auto Trademark was trying to hide about the truck. “Love my new car. The price was great and much cheaper than others for the same vehicle. I have been wanting a Jeep for years and so happy I found one that I love. And it’s a 2022. Yay! The process was easy and quick. Farhan was super friendly, very responsive and very patient. I emailed him every few days for 3 weeks while I was making my decision and he always responds quickly and did not rush or pressure me into buying anything. When I finally visited the process was quick, we were in and out within 30 minutes. Which is something that I asked about ahead of time because this location is 2 hours away from me. Worth the drive. Just got my MD state inspection and the vehicle passed and is in great condition. So happy with my purchase.”

I was looking to buy another one, but once I started negotiating and eventually did not agree with a price.. the salesman turned into Mr. Hyde, rude, condescending, nasty and dismissive.
