“Brianna was very helpful and kind and really fast at making our purchase happen! Definitely 5 star customer service! Will hopefully work with them again in vehicle purchases! I would have to give the quality check of the vehicle or service a 4 star! There was a daytime running light out when received car! Which is hard to miss since it tells you so on the dash and it don’t go out till fixed! We were told that it would be fixed when ordered, but it’s a pretty common bulb! The light itself is a whole different story in gaining access to it! Without a lift, panels have to be pulled to get to bulb! So I can see how it’s not just a pull up and replace and go!”

“Online buyers beware!!!!! I bought a 2018 BMW X5 M last week from Smart Chevrolet. Everything was great until I received the vehicle, I was told by Isaac that everything in the car was in working order. They said the vehicle was at the BMW dealership getting serviced, come to find out all service was done in house. Work order says oil change was done, when vehicle was received the change oil light came on and it said it was a quart low in oil. The X5 was missing parts on the front (headlight washer cover) passenger fender was loose, dent in rear quarter, car was absolutely filthy! Panoramic sunshade does not open!!! I was told this was a very clean car with no known issues. After speaking with sales rep and management, Smart Chevrolet denied all liability and refused to make anything right about the issues. The vehicle was delivered in house so all liability falls on Smart Chevrolet and no one else. I would not buy a vehicle from this company ever again, I feel like the sale was misrepresented. I was told the vehicle was in 2 days of detail see for yourself. They should be ashamed of the lack of professionalism and laziness all around.”
