“I recently purchased a car from Volkswagen of Macon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Josh, my sales rep, and Dave, the Finance Manager, went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and stress-free. Everything was handled either online or over the phone, which saved me so much time and effort.
Even though I had to travel over an hour to get there, it was absolutely worth it. The level of service I received was exceptional. Josh was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Dave made the financing process smooth and transparent, which I really appreciated.
I am thrilled with my new car and couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. If you’re considering a car purchase, I highly recommend Volkswagen of Macon. They truly care about their customers and make the experience enjoyable from start to finish!”

“If I could give zero I would. First they have my car two months because my ignition cylinder was “lost” in the mail. Then I get my car back it breaks down on me twice due to my battery dying which is not their fault it’s a 4 year old battery but they didn’t even tell me they had to jump it off which would have given me a heads up instead of me going to start my car for work and it won’t start. And then I notice my vent is broken and not secured anymore as well as my plastic trim around my cluster and vent is broken cracked and very poorly shoved back into place. They tell me they didn’t do it. I’ve owned my car for 6 1/2 years never had any work done on the interior especially my dash and they say well someone definitely broke it it’s not from natural wear but they didn’t do it?? Didn’t fix it just told me I’d have to pay to get all that fixed?? So now I feel hustled, because I didn’t bring my car in like that so you break my stuff and then tell me I have to pay more money for you to fix what you broke?? And your technician just conveniently did the work in the parking lot where there is no clear camera footage of him working on my car or what he removed or disassembled? The damages weren’t notated or documented before you did your work?? Given it’s right in the area you worked in if it was already damaged you should notate and document for these situations but you didn’t?? Right because it wasn’t broke before your technician went to prying and taking stuff apart in a 107° parking lot trying to rush and hurry up to get out the sun. Terrible service rep TONYA, terrible service manager ALEX, terrible dealership 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !! Will be filling a small claims suit against them in order to fix my car that they broke and don’t want to take accountability for, gave them every opportunity to rectify and fix the issues and they simply refused to take accountability for their mistake. Terrible dealership with no honesty or integrity.”

“The supposed General Manager had terrible customer service. I called to inquire about a vehicle and offered him 34k on a 35,500 car. He then says I must have bumped my head this morning if that’s my offer after he explained the additional fees that would be added on would bring the car up to 39k. I asked him what was his best offer then if 34k wasn’t good and he just hung up. If we weren’t able to agree that’s fine. But he was excited to call me when he thought he might have a sale and disrespectful when he thought we were not close in price.”

“This review is specifically for the finance guy Alex. Just because you're not able to afford a certain type of automobile you desire to own one day, don't make accusations assuming others who's income far greater than yours aren't able to. You single handed killed any hopes of me doing business with this dealership. Maybe this review will reach a manger who will contact me and I will go into detail further. For now, this dealership is off my list because of this guy Alex who I see as very unprofessional with his tactics to make a sell and takes it personal when you don't fall for the BANANA IN THE TAILPIPE deal. AND YOU CALL YOUR SELF A FINANCE PROFESSIONAL. HORRIBLE!!!”

“I took my Atlas for service and received excellent customer service and care from Brian and Paul. As a seasoned person, I had a technical question. Paul answered and took care of my problem. I highly recommend that you go see Brian and Paul in the service department!
P.S. The courtesy van driver was also great.”
