“Our family has bought many Acura’s from Sutton over the years. It was with great disappointment that after all the business our family has given them, when we needed our roof fixed, because of a recall, they refused to pay for it. We missed the recall dates by a few months and yet they still wouldn’t budge on even paying for part of the roof to be painted. We’ve also noticed that their service department way over charges. We have stopped using them for service and now go to Dels automotive because of their fair prices.”
