“⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed I can't say "dissatisfied" enough in this review. If you're looking for a dealership that only cares about making a sale and then leaves you hanging, Riverside Ford is the place. From the salesmen Larry and Tommy to the service manager and tech, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I purchased a brand new Bronco, and within 24 hours, my boss noticed dimples in the driver’s door — damage that clearly occurred during assembly. I brought it back immediately. The salesman who had just told me he’d be my “champion” if anything went wrong instantly blew me off and sent me to service. Service took pictures and said it shouldn’t be an issue — they’d need to order a new door. That was October 16th. I had to go back a 2nd time they took more pics, and still no communication with the service department. It’s now November 5th, and I’ve received no updates, no communication, no resolution. It’s clear they’ve moved on to their next sale and left me behind. A brand new truck should not come with damage, and it absolutely shouldn’t be this hard to get it fixed. They have absolutely RUINED my experience! I expected better from Riverside Ford dealership. Buyer beware.”
