“We were headed down to Savannah from Atlanta in a time crunch when we heard a rattling from underneath our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We called Five Star once we got to Macon and Laura and team from Five Star were able to accommodate and address the issue with little to no wait time at all. What we thought was going to keep us sidelined for a long period ended up being quick and easy! Would recommended 10/10. Laura was friendly and professional!”

“I’ve been bringing my Jeep to this service department for years, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Josh and the entire team are always incredibly helpful, informative, and professional. Whether it’s routine maintenance or bigger mechanical issues, they always make sure I understand what’s going on with my vehicle.
When I’ve faced major issues, Josh and the staff have been incredibly quick to assess and resolve the problem, getting my Jeep back on the road in no time. They never leave me in the dark—they’re transparent, honest, and always keep me in the loop.
A big shoutout to Zoe in service, who provided a loaner vehicle when I needed it, and to Chris in the parts department, who is always friendly and helpful. It’s those extra touches that really make the difference.

“BIG shoutout to Michael Merritt—for turning what could’ve been an stress-fueled Jeep service visit into a surprisingly smooth ride. He took what felt like the start of a vehicular soap opera and somehow turned it into a choose-your-own-adventure story… with actual solutions!

“I should of listen to the 3 repairs shops who told me not to bring my truck here. My husband's truck been sitting since dropped off late Wednesday due to code reader saying we needed glow plugs and 02 sensors and we were hoping they can fix it. They advised us they will have to do a diagnostic an call us back with #s.
So since Thursday thru Monday havent heard nothing after repeat phone calls. No one calls to give u an update. Finally got a call on Monday after us calling again to try to get a update.
So we hear what we already knew was wrong with it, but no numbers yet. Seems as they don't really have someone to work on diesel trucks their or they were really more into making money for diagnostic fees than doing the work.
So we just came late monday an took our keys back and they charged us $249.83 for a diagnostic report that says "not inspected" on everything and no diagnostic detail.
So what did they do so far seems as nothing but waste my time and they made a quick $249.83 on a useless diagnostic report.
Would I recommend this place Never again. Maybe to buy a truck but not for service. Not much service here.”
