I flew from Louisiana to Seattle and used Uber to Lynnwood to quality auto and the second I arrived i received a warm friendly welcome and remarkable generosity. I was able to take the vehicle for a test drive and use my diagnostic scanner to make sure the bmw had no faults and mechanically sound as advertised. I had some issues with my bank and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and just overall respected the fact that I traveled 2400 miles and took great care of me. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent at quality and walked away impressed with them as well as the friendly people of Seattle as a whole.
