I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Ford service department. I authorized repairs based on an estimate that was significantly lower than what I was ultimately charged. When I picked up my truck, the final bill was $1,673.43, far more than what was discussed when I approved the work. There was no proactive communication about the increase before the repairs were completed. Communication overall was poor. I had to call multiple times to request documents and updates that I was told would be sent but never were. I was also charged a diagnostic fee on top of the repairs, which felt unnecessary and questionable given the scope of work already being performed. The service advisor I worked with, Kwame, did not communicate well. I was later told my truck was ready on Friday, yet I was not notified until Monday afternoon. I also requested a detailed price breakdown over the phone and still have not received it. Overall, this was not a transparent or well-managed service experience. Based on the unexpected charges and lack of communication, I would not recommend this location for service. Amended 2/10/26 When I went to pick up my truck the Service Director Tracey took me aside and addressed all my concerns. Very refreshing to have management take concerns serious and address them. I would give this service team another opportunity in the future. Amended: 2/11/26 This place… picked up my truck, director Tracey addressed my concerns. Awesome. Drive truck home and next morning I go out to take daughter to school and 13 miles after pick up the check engine light comes back. Review the paperwork and noticed the Tech David did not conduct a drive cycle to ensure codes were cleared. He just reset them and said all good. Mileage in: 111,169 / Mileage out 111,169. Either they did not do the test drive after or they reset milage on my Odometer. Either is terrible and both are flat out lies. I am currently sitting up here having to wait 1.5-2 hrs for the Tech to return. This has been an awful experience to say the least. Honest opinion.. Try Bedford Ford.

I had a 10/10 experience with Apple Ford! Due to the cold weather and aging car I had to have my battery replaced. Ford sent their Mobile Mechanic out to my location in such short notice, under 2 hours. The mechanic kept me informed on when they would be arriving and got straight to work replacing my battery which is in a hard spot to reach. They did such a great job and it was an amazing experience! Thank you Tiffany!

Overall it was a very pleasant experience buying my Bronco from Apple Ford in Lynchburg. The salesman, Duane Yuhas, was awesome to work with! He was very knowledgeable on the workings of the vehicle and he was a 'no pressure' salesman. Even after sale was completed he continued to answer my questions and helped me with a couple of minor issues. I highly recommend Duane!

I am almost a year into driving my new truck, so this review is overdue. Big shoutout to Duane Yuhas and the Apple Ford team! I ordered a truck through them, and Duane helped accommodate some changes I had made well after my order had been placed. Duane was professional and happy to address my questions any time I texted him. The overall purchase experience was smooth, and the team was not overly pushy, which means a lot nowadays, when a lot of other dealerships are hassling would be customers after simply browsing their websites. My former car was a Prius that was pushing 20 years old. While the Maverick isn’t the greatest truck for towing, it has definitely made hauling a lot easier, with much better MPG than a lot of other Fords, and I am loving the bells and whistles that technology has brought to newer vehicles. I am happy with my purchase, and I would recommend Apple Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
