“A few days ago I experienced the WORST sales interaction I've ever had. The salesman's name is LJ. First he offered me $4k below the minimum KBB price for trade in and once I called him out for it and they automatically counter offered me the minimum price. I understand you have to see the car first but that was the first red flag. Trade-ins fluctuate a little bit but not $4k. I use to sell cars so I know the process and I told him upfront but he still tried to rip me off. But honestly I'm not even mad about the deal, I'm more upset on how LJ handled the situation. After calling him out about the trade-in he replied with "lol you do wanna go there?" and also made the remark "And by the way... we eat good this way." Makes me question how many people this dealership has ripped off in the past. I asked him to send me the manger's number and he never did. I NEVER write reviews but I felt like this was needed. The whole experience was VERY unprofessional.”
