āI have never had more issues with a car than with my 2023 VW. On top of that, every time I try to take it to be serviced, I am met with 100 reasons as to why they canāt fix the issue and there are never any loaner vehicles available. When I took it last summer to see about the ac smelling, I was told to āspray Lysol in the vents.ā The issues donāt seem to be isolated to this dealership. I had similar issues with the dealership I purchased my car from in Dallas. Either way, save yourself the headache and do NOT buy a Volkswagen.ā

āCalled & made an appointment on Thursday when we showed up early, they told us to come back the next day (no apology) Came back & left the car off at 7:30 am, no call & no updates all day even after I called & checked on. The next day I showed up to pick up the car & still no update call or apology for the non information or inconveniences caused. Weāve been using this dealership for 2 years. I donāt know why the sudden disregard for quality service.ā

āMy husband went in looking to trade in his car and we got with Kyle Hind. He was so chill and awesome let us test drive a few cars my husband liked. He gave us all the details and information we needed on everything. Then Derek in finance helped us to go over everything which was also a nice experience. Everyone we talked to there made our day and helped us to get into our new GLI šā
