“I want to give a big thank you to David, our service advisor at Ford. David was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood everything going on with our truck. He got us in and out quickly without rushing the process, which we really appreciated.
He also recommended additional services that made sense for our situation, and we felt confident taking advantage of them because of how clearly he explained everything. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Great customer service — Ford is lucky to have him.”

“If you’re looking to purchase a car Jeremiah is awesome. But when it comes to service after the sale look else where. Bought three vehicles from Jeremiah and all was great. Had leveling kits installed on all three and taken to Gene Messer for alignments. 2 of the 3 cost $80 and on the final one was told it would cost $500. When I asked questions I was told by service manager that they needed more time to do work and that certain alignment angles were not included in their alignment. But, this service manager also agreed that the angles he was referencing ( caster and Camber angle) are in fact part of an alignment but not covered under their alignment unless extra charges are paid. He then continued to try and explain that myself, with numerous years of mechanical experience and many vehicle builds under my belt that I was unaware of how hard alignments were. I explained that I was well aware of the work involved and that on the other two vehicles the charges of $420 were not added. Needless to say before it was all over the service manager told me to pick up my vehicle and take it to a competing ford dealership in Lubbock for service. He also insisted that I couldn’t have the work performed anywhere any cheaper. I called two local shops one being the above defended competitor and they could complete the work next day for $120. The second shop I called completed the same job on the same day in less than 2 hours for a grand total of $125. Needless to say the service department and management is not only condescending to customers but also by far the worst part of the dealership. My advice for what it’s worth stay far away and shop elsewhere.”

“We bought our Mustang GT from Emily Paz in August, and in my 54 years, she’s been the most knowledgeable and professional car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. Her understanding of cars—inside and out, including the engine—is second to none. She never pressured us, allowed us to make our own decisions, and offered valuable help with financing.
I live out of state, and my son goes to school nearby, but Emily made the entire process seamless. She guided us through the complexities of insurance and out-of-state registration with ease. Even after the purchase, she’s gone above and beyond—providing my son with true white-glove service. She schedules his service appointments, greets him when he drops by, and even helped him when he had a flat tire, walking him through the entire process.
We also own a $100,000 Mercedes, and the level of service and care Emily provided far surpasses what we’ve experienced there. She’s simply outstanding.”

“The dealership was a typical nice Ford dealership. Very clean with very nice show room floor vehicles.
Oscar from used cars and Alejandro from finance were both excellent in helping us acquire the truck that we were after. Oscar was willing to negotiate the price with the dealership after some issues with the truck were found and Alejandro made sure that I received excellent financing through the dealership and that the process was as painless as possible.
Very happy with how easy the whole process was and how my wife was able to stay at home in Nebraska while I came to Lubbock to sign and pick up the truck.”
