“This place WAY overcharged us for a simple repair, charged us extra ($60) for disposal items to keep the hood open and didn’t tell us until we were checking out. The hood is designed to stay open and the items weren’t even necessary, in our opinion. Plus, they may have even taken our floor mats because after the repair, the floor mats were mysteriously gone (they claim they can’t find them…curious). All they needed to do was reconnect a disconnected hose for the washer fluid. Yet we’re out almost $300 and missing floor mats too. They had the audacity to try to upsell us wiper blades and a cabin filter that would’ve put our total up to almost $500. I looked it up later and the exact repair they did shouldn’t have cost us more than $75, yet they charged almost $300 for labor and unnecessary items we didn’t even ask for. Unless you want to throw your money away, don’t bring your vehicle here for maintenance or repairs! Find an independent, honest mechanic and save yourself literally hundreds of dollars.”
