The price we got for our car was significantly higher than we were offered anywhere else, and the whole process took maybe an hour from start to finish. We'll definitely be coming back when we sell our next vehicle!”

“They sold a truck to me with some issues and I took it back a few weeks later to exchange it for a different one. When I arrived to pick out a different truck, they ran my credit again but this time they took out the overtime hours that are mandatory for the oil field. That made my down payment much higher and my monthly payment higher as well for a different truck that was the same price. I almost left out of there without a vehicle. If you input my salary wrong the first time, and you sell me a truck with major issues, don't redo the entire application process and screw me over in getting a vehicle when you messed up the first time around. Plus, you sold me a truck that was a piece of crap. There are better car dealers out there. Leave this place alone!”

“UPDATE: I reached out to customer relations and was told that there was nothing they could do to make this right. I will be contacting an attorney at this point. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CARMAX. They will sell you a lemon that breaks down and then wash their hands of it. Their customer service team doesn’t care about their customers and sticks up for the dealership with shady practices. They will lie to you about the vehicle you’re buying. If I could leave a zero star review I would. This place is the definition of a sleazy car dealership. I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento January 27. By the beginning of February, the car was leaking oil and needed repair. I should have at this point returned the car. They paid for the repairs. In June, I attempted to refinance the car and was informed by the finance company that the car was only worth $8,000 due to 2 previous accidents that it had been in. These accidents were never disclosed to me or my husband at the time of purchase. I called the dealership to report this and was told that it was listed in the paperwork that I received at the time of purchase. I went through said paperwork and there was no report of these accidents. In August, we had a lot of rain and I noticed that the roof was leaking and the seal of the windshield was not done properly. Then in September the car started overheating and my check engine light came on. Long story short, the car needs a new engine. A car that is only worth $8,000 needs a $13,000 engine. I called and spoke with Daniel and was informed, “for peace of mind I should have paid for an extended warranty” that’s it. No other offer to make this right or help my situation. They actually attempted to blame my life long mechanic who repaired the oil issue and said they messed up the engine. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and blatant lies from a company. I wouldn’t suggest that my worst enemy go to this place for a car. If they were reputable, I wouldn’t need peace of mind. I haven’t had the car for a year and now I’m out $15,000 and a car. DO NOT COME HERE. You’re better off buying from a lemon lot, especially since this place just sells lemons that have makeup on them.”

“We purchased a vehicle a few years ago, I was recently in a fender bender and had to get the bumper replaced. Upon fixing my vehicle Hub City found significant structural damage that was there prior to purchasing the vehicle. Spoke to manager of the issue did not want to help us. Mentioned to me that the carfax report did not show that the vehicle was in any accident. Pictures show a whole different story. Manager even told my husband how was it that we found the damage. It's structural damage that can't be seen when you see the vehicle. My husband went in person and I also spoke to a manager about the issue. Nothing has been done and they said they they cannot help us. So upsetting.”
