Audi Lubbock

“I’m giving three stars because they helped me out in a bind and were supposedly booked full (imagine that). My serpentine belt broke on the way home for a funeral. I had to tow my car up to the dealership to get it fixed. My car is no longer under factory warranty and has 43,000 miles on it (keep that in mind). I have a warranty from an outside company that would’ve covered some of the recommended repairs. The service advisor basically refused to call them on a Friday because he was supposed to leave at 5 and it was already 5:25 when I was on the phone with him. He had the paperwork at 2:30 when I dropped the car off (let’s not forget that important detail). I ended up driving back up the next day to pick it up and paid $1354.51since the warranty company was closed on Saturdays (which he even pointed out the previous day). All I wanted was a call to my company (5 mins of his time or anybody else that was there) to get an authorization to work on the vehicle. I was even willing to pay the full amount and have my warranty company reimburse me so they didn’t have to deal with it. I bought an Audi for above and beyond service no matter where I go. Unfortunately, this dealership HIGHLY missed the mark.”
