“LISA, thank you so much for all your help and persistence. You truly went above and beyond to make sure my truck was taken care of. Your extra push with Ford to get the necessary fixes done was far beyond what I would ever expect from normal customer service. You treated my truck as if it were your own and I am incredibly grateful for people who genuinely love what they do just like you. I would highly recommend working with Lisa to anyone bringing their vehicle to McGovern Ford. She is absolutely outstanding!”

“I had a fantastic experience at McGovern Ford’s service department. I arrived before they opened and Brian saw me standing there and he took care of intaking all of my info before the service dept opened. He evaluated the truck and issues I was having, and gave me a clear quote. He then got me a complimentary uber to my office, and then sent one to pick me up when the truck was ready. I also received emails and texts with status updates. A+ service all around.
Update 12/27/2025: My experience in service was so good, I came back to by a new F150 hybrid. Cameron was my sales rep, and he was super helpful and responsive to my needs. I recommend this dealership for excellent sales and service!”

“I do not mean to be a Karen, but I wish I read the lowest reviews first before servicing my car here.
4 stars for sales- David Presto. Although I did not end up purchasing my Bronco from him, he did try to get me the one I wanted.
As far as their service department- I would rather stab my eyes out or eat knives than ever have to deal with this service department.
If I could give Lisa Raposa zero stars I would, she’s like the dad from Matilda. I purchased a 2025 Ruby Red Heritage in May 2025. I brought the Bronco in for a recall and to get the turbo engine checked out in June. She CHARGED me for getting the turbo engine checked out although it was under warranty, and said that it was “deliberately played with” when it never was. The mechanic even agreed with me along with the service manager Rosie, who kindly threw in half off an oil change. Then on Monday 12/15 I schedule that oil change and a recall for 12/19 at 9:15. 3:00 on 12/19 comes, I don’t hear a peep about if the car is ready or not, turns out it didn’t even get looked at. I’m sure the reason it never got looked at is because she pushed it to the end of the que since she was not going to make money off 1. A half off oil change and 2. A recall. I end up calling at 3:00- get put on hold by Abby for 10 minutes, hang up, call again then she tells me it hasn’t even been serviced. Just absolutely awful- had to rearrange meetings for this and it never happened.
Honestly so happy we did not end up purchasing BOTH Broncos from them.”

“I have a 2025 Ford Transit up fit overland van. I got a check engine light after a 9,000 cross-country trek.
Brian and the McGovern service team took me in same day (on a Friday) and diagnosed the issue and turned the van around in just a few hours. No hassles about working on a customized van. And they paid for my Uber ride home after drop off… very nice.
This is a big reason I bought a Ford Transit over a Mercedes Sprinter. I would have been waiting weeks for a Mercedes Sprinter appointment…
I highly recommend the McGovern team - professional, courteous and prompt.”
