Kevin and Bo were fantastic to work with! I came from another state to purchase a Subaru, and they were both very accommodating, professional, and fun. The whole team is clean, kind, and laid back. Tyler, the finance man, was also great. I got a wonderful car and a few laughs. Thanks!

Me and my wife worked with Bojangles on a new Santa Fe, he was super informative. Explained all the features of the new car well, helped get us a great deal. And was really accommodating during the paperwork process and making sure we were taken care of. We could not recommend him more!

Just bought a car from this place. Salesmen were wonderful! Mateo was a young guy and did an excellent job! Very good energy. I got great assistance from multiple different people throughout the whole process. I got a pre purchase inspection and found the rear shocks were bad and they promised to fix them with no adjustment to my price. Overall a great experience. I will update in a few weeks/months on how it goes from here!

We purchased a 26 Pallisade here- the initial sale was okay- nothing mind blowing- but not the worst experience. Fast forward less than 3 months- brand new vehicle- dead in the garage. Miss an important Dr. Appt. Called roadside assistance- the vehicle drained the battery charger and still wouldn’t start. So it had to be dragged out of the garage- and back to the dealership. Service dept called, with nothing but runarounds- saying they couldn’t look at it for 6 days. Sales guy is trying to help- but GM refuses a loaner- and service won’t give a loaner or rental until they diagnose it. We are a single vehicle family- we’ve missed Dr appts- and now looking at going thru Christmas with no vehicle- because it wasn’t scheduled- like anyone schedules a brand new 70k vehicle to be completely dead in Christmas week. I get it, these things have insane amounts of tech- but feel like the dealership really dropped the ball on any empathy, sense of urgency or supporting their customers. This isn’t to mention that we’ve had it for almost a months- and they still haven’t processed the registration- so we still can’t get the tag. So if you are looking for a dealership that will leave you high and dry after the sale- this is the place for you.

I purchased my 2019 Tucson from Crossroads new from Chandler and that was a great experience. I've been going to Crossroads for all my vehicle service from the beginning. I've been working with Dylan in the service department for a few years (as well as his boss Gary). Dylan has been extremely helpful in taking care of my regular maintenance needs on my vehicle and helping try to diagnose a few ongoing intermittent issues. We finally think we've found the the fix for one issue with the assistance of my video. This has only been possible because of the knowledge and outstanding workmanship of the mechanic who works on my vehicle, Dakota. Dyaln and Dakota make a great! I have peace of mind when the PETTAXI is in their hands and know the job is going to get done right the first time! Also, Tyler (and Chandler prior to Tyler) who works is sales/finance does go out of his way to take care of me as well. When I'm asked for a vehicle recommendation, I always recommend Crossroads! Thank you guys for always getting me and the PETTAXI taken care of on each visit. It's important I can keep the PETTAXI on the road and safe to take care of all the NOCO pets.
