“Just had a wonderful experience with the folks at Crossroads Hyundai. Bojangles (our salesman) and Makayla Seybold (his manager) were cheerful, knowledgeable, and so patient. I was shopping for an EV to lease in a price I could afford. They listened to my needs and likes and pointed me toward the Ioniq 5 and 6. I had never owned an EV, so there was a lot of new tech to learn--Bojangles helped us navigate that easily. Even our finance guy, Tyler Davin, was terrific. Makayla's team at Crossroads was wonderful. And BTW--I have never owned a car as cool and fun and amazing as my new Ioniq 6. You need to get one!”

“My experience with Crossroads Hyundai had been far less than mediocre at the start but Paul Grace, GM, turn that all around! I'm a Google "Local Guide," with millions of views and I hate leaving awful reviews. The details are less important now and I believe so many experiences are learning opportunities for myself and those I come in contact with.
Crossroads Hyundai is a wonderful dealership. They will make mistakes but it's like going to a restaurant and something with the food is wrong or the service wasn't as expected, you don't simply leave a terrible review. You might but expressing yourself to the server or the manager and working it out is much more enjoyable.
Paul made my experience much more enjoyable! I wish him and their folks much success!
I am driving a beautiful 2025 Ioniq 5 Limited and couldn't be happier! I've also since called and spoke with people both in service and in parts and the folks answering the phones are super friendly and helpful. I hope this remains a long time wonderful relationship.”

“I purchased my 2019 Tucson from Crossroads new from Chandler and that was a great experience. I've been going to Crossroads for all my vehicle service from the beginning. I've been working with Dylan in the service department for a few years (as well as his boss Gary). Dylan has been extremely helpful in taking care of my regular maintenance needs on my vehicle and helping try to diagnose a few ongoing intermittent issues. We finally think we've found the the fix for one issue with the assistance of my video. This has only been possible because of the knowledge and outstanding workmanship of the mechanic who works on my vehicle, Dakota. Dyaln and Dakota make a great! I have peace of mind when the PETTAXI is in their hands and know the job is going to get done right the first time! Also, Tyler (and Chandler prior to Tyler) who works is sales/finance does go out of his way to take care of me as well. When I'm asked for a vehicle recommendation, I always recommend Crossroads! Thank you guys for always getting me and the PETTAXI taken care of on each visit. It's important I can keep the PETTAXI on the road and safe to take care of all the NOCO pets. I know all of my Rocky Mountain Pet Services & More clients send their thanks to you as well!!”

“This dealership was highly deceptive in its online presentation. The listing photos and description failed to disclose significant damage, including a cracked headlight, broken windshield, bumper damage, and dangerously bald tires. The salesperson also neglected to mention these critical defects during our pre-visit discussions. Driving 2 hours for a test drive was a complete waste of time due to their dishonest practices”

“Horrible customer service! My wife and I stopped by yesterday with the intent to buy a new vehicle from this place with a pre-approved loan from capital one and walked into the dealership and not one person greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. We even sat down for a while since they looked busy but they really weren’t. So after 30 minutes of us waking around looking at vehicles and sitting in the office…nothing. No assistance at all. We decided to leave and head to Hyundai of Greeley where we were helped out immediately and left with a beautiful Sonata.”
