“Bottom line, up front: I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and vehicle I purchased from this dealership. They were communicative and never pressured me into something I didn’t want. Essentially, it was all about what I wanted. I’ve only had one car since I was 15/16 and after 18 years of driving it, it was time for something more reliable and easier to maintain. I was recommended this dealership through my aunt and uncle, did some research into some vehicles that had what I wanted, and scheduled a time to come in and see what they had. I was shown various models to see which one felt best to me and all of my (admittedly naive and sometimes frivolous) questions were patiently answered! I ultimately needed to order the car I was looking for which was simple. They helped me pick out every small detail I was wanting for this vehicle, made recommendations, and answered any other questions honestly. If I wasn’t sure about a recommendation, they did not pressure me into it and respected my choice if I chose against it. About 2 months later it was ready to pick up. They also helped with me trading in my old vehicle, and were patient as I consulted with family and did some calculations regarding financial aspects. While I’ll miss my old car (lovingly referred to as “Junks”) I now have a more modern car with extra safety features, AWD, and better gas consumption. 10 outta 10, would do it again!”
