“DROVE..my Chevrolet Malibu in to the service station on a Friday for a $250 diagnostic test. Fine. They give a print out of issues that THEY found and told me to 📅 an appointment to have some service done on my rotors and a stop and go battery. Ho to pick up the car, drives off just fine. Get to the grocery store do some shopping, come out and car acts like it doesn't want to start. Go back to Chevy and let them what happened. The guy tells us that he had issues starting the car after it was worked on but did not say anything when we picked it up. So now my key/fob is the issue and are telling me that they can make a key for $300! Not happening. Got a locksmith to meet me at dealership to get a new key programmed, cheaper ($180) and he tells me it's not the key that's the issue. So now they tell me they can do an electrical diagnostic for $150. Why was that not with the original diagnostic I paid for? Don't know..now coming out of pocket for a tow to move it from the service station! Never, never again!”
