“I had a great experience at Oxmoor Hyundai. I've only ever purchased (or helped purchase) cars for other people so this was my first time actually buying a car for myself. Nyzjah Arthur was so great to work with - he was flexible with times and test drives, attentive and willing to deal, and has such wonderful energy. The finance and tech team were also great. Obviously you're going to feel pressure from the sales and lead teams to buy a car (you want a car and they want a sale) but Nyzjah and the manager we worked with never got frustrated with the back and forth and kept things light, matched our oscillating silly/serious attitudes and genuinely worked towards a deal that I felt was fair. And they put the bow on it for me once we sealed the deal, which was a little added fun. Definitely money and time well spent. “Tre helped me tremendously. I’ve gotten my last three cars through him so maybe I’m biased but everyone there was really nice and helpful. The experience was more than I expected. The building is beautiful. Although I was not getting a luxury car, I felt like the service was luxury status. I love my new car. I don’t know how to operate everything but that is because I did not allow Trey to give me my entire “white glove” experience. He did tell me I could come back at anytime to see him and he would explain everything. I couldn’t be happier! Oh they have great snacks too😀”
