My husband and I came in at 36 weeks pregnant because we really needed to upgrade from our Kia Niro to a Kia Telluride, and we could not have had a better experience. Eric, our salesman, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He walked us through the entire process with patience, kindness, and genuine care — which meant so much to us, especially during such a busy and stressful time in our lives.
This was our first vehicle purchase as a married couple, and Eric made it truly special and easy. If you’re visiting Kia East for the first time, ask for Eric. He’s a great man and made our experience exceptional.

I had an outstanding experience at Kia East Louisville from beginning to end. Justin Gray, the General Manager, does an exceptional job leading the dealership. He is professional, welcoming, and truly committed to customer satisfaction.
My sales consultant, Shauntreal Thornton, was fantastic. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His knowledge and friendly approach made a huge difference.
When it came time to finalize everything, Dylan Marr, the F&I Manager, made the paperwork simple and easy to understand. He explained everything clearly and without any pressure.

“I would absolutely not recommend this place at all. Every single interaction I’ve had with them has been completely disappointing. They did not contact me about my car when they said they would, resulting in it being there all weekend. I had to check in the next day about it because they still never reached out to me. They never checked in to tell me what they found and ask what repairs I would authorize, they just decided on their own what they would and would not do, and ended up charging me for a repair that didn’t work. If you ever try to reach them, they never pick up the phone, and when you leave a message, they never ever return a call.It makes me regret buying a Kia. I will say that I interacted with the Preston Highway service location just once where I just stopped by for a simple concern, and they were amazing. Next time I need service I will try working with them instead.
Update after reply: Hi Mr. Gray, unfortunately the tire repair didn’t work, as it was leaking air immediately after picking it up. Only one part of the recall was complete as apparently one part needed to be ordered, which wasn’t done in advance even though I scheduled the appointment several weeks in advance. I did call to check up on the recall part, since it involves the seat belt and airbag and it seems possibly unsafe to drive in the mean time. I did not receive a call back. And meanwhile, you say you’d like to reach out but haven’t done so. I’d love to chat if someone cares to call me back.”

“I had dropped my car off three weeks ago to get my AC fixed. I absolutely love Michael (I’m sad he is gone) but everyone in there has been extremely helpful! However; I picked my car up this morning and when they drove it around, there was bird crap ALL over my car… I made the comment to Alex “Wow you guys are really giving my car back to me looking like this with all the bird crap on it” and he responded by saying “I’m sorry, I guess it was parked under some trees back there.” This should have been cleaned off before given back to me. I know they have to see it daily and notice all of the shit all over my car. I love the people, but this is common sense when I leave my car there for 3 weeks and it is given back to the owner looking awful! This is definitely unacceptable if this is how all customers get their vehiclea back. It should have been washed before given back… and now I’m responsible to clean it off.”
