âMistakes were made and I was sold a front-wheel drive car after I clearly stated I needed all-wheel drive preferably 4x4 to make it up my driveway. I told him it wouldnât work. Trey thanks for trying to make me feel stupid by your response, âIt only snows five days a year in Kentucky.â Well, here we are â snow on the ground and my car canât make it up my driveway. So thanks for the useless opinion, Trey. Next time, listen to your customer instead of talking of trying to find a solution fix a mistake that was made. Iâm the one dealing with the consequences, not you. Do not recommend this dealership what so ever. Once the mistake was caught, They said they could repurchase the vehicle back at a lower cost than I paid for it even though it never left the lot. While trying to sale me a more expensive vehicle and telling me they didnât know if I would get re approved because I just did a few days before. Then told me that my concerns were not real concerns. So I left with the Honda pilot. It doesnât matter if it snows five days a year or if it snows zero days a year or if it snows 365 days a year, I didnât wanna walk up my driveway and I had to because of the mistake your dealership made and didnât try to fix.â

âHad a great experience at Jeff Wyler Honda getting a new car! Izzy was amazing, super down to earth, no pushy salesman tactics, just friendly service and a great product! Even got a super nice video walkthrough before I came by of the car I was interested in! Sean was amazing in finance too, explaining everything as we signed. Highly recommend them for all your car needs!â

My salesperson Danielle Z. was very nice to work with, and she was always one step ahead of any issues we might encounter, and quick to make things right and find a solution.
I was fortunate to have her and their Head Coach, Ryne Pinto, for meeting me at a price we were all okay with. If they aren't here for my next purchase, I'll have to find them. Thank you both for your thorough assistance, and giving me a solid deal on my (current) dream truck. Thank you!â
