“Mistakes were made and I was sold a front-wheel drive car after I clearly stated I needed all-wheel drive preferably 4x4 to make it up my driveway. I told him it wouldn’t work. Trey thanks for trying to make me feel stupid by your response, “It only snows five days a year in Kentucky.” Well, here we are — snow on the ground and my car can’t make it up my driveway. So thanks for the useless opinion, Trey. Next time, listen to your customer instead of talking of trying to find a solution fix a mistake that was made. I’m the one dealing with the consequences, not you. Do not recommend this dealership what so ever. Once the mistake was caught, They said they could repurchase the vehicle back at a lower cost than I paid for it even though it never left the lot. While trying to sale me a more expensive vehicle and telling me they didn’t know if I would get re approved because I just did a few days before. Then told me that my concerns were not real concerns. So I left with the Honda pilot. It doesn’t matter if it snows five days a year or if it snows zero days a year or if it snows 365 days a year, I didn’t wanna walk up my driveway and I had to because of the mistake your dealership made and didn’t try to fix.”
