“Went to look at cars, and it was not the typical dealership where they were waiting outside to ambush you which was very nice. Walked in and was greeted by Chuck the manager who then introduced us to Pablo who was our salesman. Pablo was so professional and educated about the vehicles. He was so kind and patient and there was no sense of urgency on his part which was relieving. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. He actually convinced me to drive another car to make sure I was making the right decision. We found the perfect suv and purchased it. If you are looking for top notch customer service, go to Honda and ask for Pablo.”

“I bought a 24 civic and was pretty smooth and was great. Months later for my first appointment i had 3 things get done (oil change, balance, rotation) and was told it would take an hour but it took 2 and a half hours and caused me to be late for work. This week i was back again for the same things plus a recall fix and was told 2 hours but ended up taking 3 and a half hours (both of these appointments i was waiting there). Not only that, they messed up the balance so the car was shaking at highway speeds. With such horrible experiences i had to trade my honda in for a different brand”
