“Took my 21 Dodge Charger in for a starting issue. Kept it for several days and could not get it to malfunction. Upon paying for the diagnosis fee and getting my key fob I was able to get the car to act up in the parking lot. They pushed it in and first told me that it was my remote start system. Then they said that it was my starter. That it would cost $1,000 to have the starter replaced. I said no and got my car back took it to an auto electric shop and for less than half of the price they quoted me for the wrong part/diagnosis they removed the remote start and wired my car to factory spec and now I have no issue.”

“Unfortunately, for the second time, they've been unable to do the job to fix the problem. The first time was a few months ago, with my car overheating to the point that I had to be towed back minutes later. When I got out, they told me everything was fine. Now, they couldn't even rotate my tires because they couldn't remove one or more of them. I hate to speak like this, but that's what happened. And don't even get me started on their prices for service and parts, or their misleading coupon policy to attract customers. The only good customer service comes from their employees, except for the cashier, who tries to be friendly but isn't. Good afternoon.”
