Wesley was fantastic. So fantastic in fact that we got my wife in a new car, and one for myself. He made the process smooth, wasn't like the usual "pushy" salespeople that everyone dreads when they go to a dealer. He knows his stuff about BMWs, and just about everything else on the lot as far as what you need to know. The dealership itself has always been good for us. This makes 4 vehicles from BMW Louisville. The small things like a bottle of water go a long way. The finance team moves quick but makes sure your questions get answered. All around another great experience. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking at a BMW, or if there's a used car on their site that you check these great folks out!

I had a recall repair during my visit. Nathan the Service Advisor was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The service team took care of my vehicle quickly and efficiently. They even washed my vehicle. Terrific customer service! Thank you BMW of Louisville.

I had an amazing experience at BMW of Louisville from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued — not pressured. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and professional. Kris Johnson and Will Heaton were hands down some of the best people I’ve ever worked with in the car business. They took the time to answer every question, explained everything clearly, and truly made me feel right at home. Their communication, patience, and willingness to make sure everything made sense meant a lot. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle, I highly recommend BMW of Louisville — and especially Kris Johnson. Top-tier service all the way around.

My experience with BMW of Louisville was honestly one of the easiest vehicle-buying processes I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, almost everything was handled through my salesperson, Chris Mauloni, via text messaging with a few phone conversations mixed in. I’m extremely busy and do a lot of multitasking through my phone, so sitting at a dealership for hours is just not feasible for me. Chris understood that immediately and made the process smooth, efficient, and respectful of my time. The entire negotiation and decision-making process took only a matter of days. All of the details were worked out clearly and efficiently without unnecessary back-and-forth. I never went into the dealership to negotiate at all. Instead, all of the paperwork was sent to me to review and sign via UPS, which made the experience incredibly convenient and stress-free. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, the process was just as easy. Everything had already been completed ahead of time, so there was no waiting, no re-signing paperwork, and no delays. I arrived, received my keys and paperwork, and was on my way. I also had a great experience working with Will Heaton in finance. Our conversations were clear, professional, and straightforward, which made the final steps feel just as seamless as the rest of the process. Buying a car can often feel overwhelming, but this experience was the complete opposite. If you value efficiency, clear communication, and a dealership that truly respects your time, I highly recommend BMW of Louisville. This is how buying a vehicle should be.

Where do I even begin? After searching for a 2026 BMW M3 for three months and submitting multiple inquiries with no responses, we were close to giving up. On a whim, I reached out to BMW of Louisville—and to my surprise, Audrey actually called back. From the very beginning, Audrey was incredibly thorough and transparent. She walked us through the entire build process, explained pricing upfront, and was completely honest about the expected arrival timeline. Throughout the wait, she kept us consistently informed. Even though she provided us with a way to track the vehicle ourselves, she still monitored it personally and sent regular text updates. Audrey answered every single question we had, and there was never a time when we reached out and didn’t hear back from her. Her communication was outstanding. On delivery day, we were scheduled to arrive at 3:00 PM, but traffic caused a delay. Audrey never rushed us or suggested rescheduling. Instead, she waited for us, took her time explaining everything about the car, and even helped us set it up. If you’re looking for an exceptional salesperson, Audrey Leis is the one. I recommend her 1,000%, and if we ever purchase another BMW, she will absolutely be our go-to.
