“I just picked up my brand-new Infiniti QX80 a few weeks ago, and I have to say—it’s exactly what I needed and more! This full-size luxury SUV is an absolute beast in the best way possible. The twin-turbo 3.5L V6 engine delivers smooth, powerful acceleration (450 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque feels effortless whether merging onto the freeway or towing), and the ride is surprisingly refined and quiet for such a big vehicle. The interior is stunning—those massive dual 14.3-inch screens with Google built-in make navigation and entertainment seamless, the seats are incredibly comfortable (ventilated and massaging options are a game-changer in LA traffic), and there’s so much space for the family or gear in all three rows. I’ve been loving every drive so far—the handling is better than I expected for its size, and features like ProPILOT Assist make long commutes way less stressful. Fuel economy is even decent for what this thing is. It’s luxurious without feeling over-the-top flashy, and it stands out on the road. A huge shoutout to Fernando Enriquez and the entire team at Infiniti of Downtown LA—they made the whole process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Fernando was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and get me the exact configuration I wanted. No high-pressure sales tactics, just great service from start to finish. If you’re in the market for a QX80 (or any Infiniti), ask for Fernando—you won’t regret it! I went with a new one (not used), and I highly recommend buying new from me— the latest tech, full warranty, that fresh-off-the-lot feel, and all the newest features make it worth every penny. “I took my car for maintenance and to get checked out since I have been getting sensors malfunction on my dashboard. I took it in for inspection a week ago . I been calling every day to get updates on my car from a supervisor and nobody calls me back . Litzy was the person who helped me the day I took it in and has only called me back once , hence I been texting her often for an update and no reply from her either . This is the worst experience ever I will never go back . Horrible service”

“BUYER BEWARE! Stay away at all costs. 🍋 🍋 We came to this dealership 1.5 weeks ago and were looking to buy our first car, which is a used 2025 Toyota Corolla with about 13k miles priced at around 20k online. Immediately we were met with Sales Agent and Manager who showed us all the add ons they have for the car, increasing the price almost 5k. After they tried to talk us into financing, we told them we had a credit union to which we were met with a million questions on the rate, amount etc (as expected). We put our foot down and told them the price we wanted but after a soul-sucking haggling experience, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. We got the price we wanted but found out about a week later that the passenger headlight is not working whatsoever. I called Sales agent Pamela and asked about the limited dealer warranty who delightfully told me that since we drove it off the lot, there is no warranty and “the light was working when you drove it off the lot” and that we would need to bring it in. (Despite signing a form about a limited dealer warranty btw) After taking it to a local Toyota dealer, turns out the front headlight is cracked completely and needs to be replaced (about 1700$ btw). I’m writing this review to spread awareness and to be careful about this place.”

“Arrived at the dealership for a scheduled appointment I had for 2 weeks, after doing my diligence to book an appointment later in the week and later in the day (the slowest time of the day/week per the Infiniti representative booking the appointment for me at the time). Still, I waited way too long once I got there. Everyone sitting at their desks, otherwise unbothered to be helpful. Another man had even been waiting before me for some time. That being said, I got a little feisty with the front desk, but was still met with kindness by a man named Ozzy. He ended up being very helpful, timely, and kind, even on his day off to just help out. I wanted to get a workout in while I was waiting, so Ozzy was kind enough to book a car for me to get there. While I was not initially pleased with my experience, I am thankful that Ozzy was there to provide me with the help I needed. Thanks, Ozzy!”
