“5 stars for Shakir not Shakira lol, he helped me get my car. He was great very knowledgeable, was not pushy and worked with what I needed and wanted. The finance guy was also very helpful. The only reason why it’s not a 5 star review. I visited on three occasions different times and days. But at all of my visits the staff seem to be of middle eastern decent and not a very diverse group by of sellers for buyers. If I was a Spanish speaking person buying a car I would have felt intimidated and not inclined to buy a car. So they must work on having a diverse staff at the front.”

“I’m very pleased with my 2025 Kia Seltos, I worked with Lupe and she was amazing. Everything was transparent and I knew what I was getting into didn’t feel like there was any hidden agendas or like I was being taken advantage of like I have with other car purchases. I love working with their service team, they are all so hands on and professional they explain everything and help me with whatever I need. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a great auto body shop thru them and I will never take my car to anyone else but them the work is always so amazing. “I purchased a Kia Sorento a couple of months ago from this dealership. Recently, I noticed that the driver-side door handle was a different color than the rest of the vehicle. I brought the car to another Kia dealership to verify, and they confirmed that the handle had been replaced previously and was not the correct factory-matched color. When I contacted the original dealership where I purchased the vehicle, they acknowledged that the handle had been switched, but the replacement they installed was still not the correct color for my vehicle. This is disappointing, especially since this should have been identified and properly corrected before the vehicle was sold. A mismatched exterior part affects both the appearance and resale value of the car, and customers should not have to discover these issues after purchase or go back and forth between dealerships to resolve them. I am still hoping this will be fixed correctly, but buyers should be aware to closely inspect their vehicle for cosmetic discrepancies before finalizing their purchase.”
