“We had a great experience purchasing one of the only cars left in the model I wanted today. We left another dealership where every staff member was rude, acted like they were doing us a favor and didn't listen to anything we were saying, so we didn't want to give them our business. We were going to go to the Glendale location next because it was closer, but Jose was so well-mannered and friendly that we headed to see him in Hollywood instead. Everyone from Jose to his manager, Bilal to the finance manager, Raj and the General manager, Harut were friendly, polite and genuinely wanted to service us well. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews here, but they are polar opposite to the experience we had with this dealership and the team there and we would happily recommend them and purchase from them again.”

“Today the tire that was replaced is swollen. I just had it replaced at this dealership on 09/20/2024. Today I came back and informed them that the tire that was replaced is swollen. The dealership said to replace it and I have to pay another $220 fee for the tire to be replaced which is not fair to me. I tried to get the Honda dealership number and email address and they gave me a contact number 800 999 1009 which did not work. I am very disappointed that I have to pay more.”
