There aren't enough words that I can type here that could fully express and embody the magnificient experience I had at Felix Chevrolet! Let's start with service...EXCEPTIONAL! My service rep was Augustine...I wish everyone had an "Augustine". He was professional and timely. He explained everything clearly and honestly. It's like an act of Congress to find a service mechanic you can trust. When I first read the yelp and Google reviews, I was hopeful, but a little skeptical. I can honestly say I am happy to know I will be another absolutley SATISFIED customer who will add my review to the many I read. I was out of the country and Augustine worked with my Daughter and my auto insurance company to get it all done. And when I had to be told my part would take over a month to arrive, Felix let me know immediately. They gave me a time frame on the arrival of the part and the approximate time of repair completion. To the day....! They kept their word. My car was returned, clean and fully charged. Felix Chevrolet will forever have my thanks and my loyalty!

I had the BEST experience at Felix Chevrolet on Figueroa! Huge shoutout to Frankie Valdez, who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Frankie was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me find the perfect white sand color for Silverado 1500. I felt completely taken care of and never pressured. If you’re looking for a new ride, definitely ask for Frankie! Thanks to him, I’m now cruising in style!

Spoke to Jonathan Montes and attempted to get a out the door price without aftermarket parts, was told aftermarket parts can't be removed. I reached out again a few days and was connected to a different sales associate, Frankie Valdez. This time, I made a good market offer on the vehicle; I also see that the vehicle has been on the lot for 2 months. Frankie said he would get back to me the next day. The next day I hear from Jonathan instead and make him the same offer I made to Frankie, since I hadn't heard back from Frankie yet which Jonathan declines. The next day, I hear back from Frankie with a proposal pretty close to the offer I made. I text Jonathan, to show him the offer I received, and Jonathan identifies himself as Frankie's manager and says "we" wouldn't be able to do the price on the proposal. After a few days I receive notification that the price dropped. Then I receive a voicemail from Monica who called to confirm they CAN accept the out the door offer on the car that I submitted. I would've been traveling from 200 miles away to get the car and don't have time for games. By time they accept my offer, I had already purchased the same vehicle with another dealer in Orange County with less miles on it while the car I submitted an offer on continues to remain on their lot. I guess these guys don't like money?

I’ve had the most amazing experience that I’ve ever had at a dealership. Felix Chevrolet of Los Angeles was awesome. In every way they went above and beyond to find me a car that was perfect for my needs not what they wanted to sell me. I was able to get a brand new car, I didn’t even think it was possible. I am now happy to say that I am in a 2026 Chevy. ! thank you too, TT , Octavio, and of course Bill for being so amazing and really going above and beyond to help me when I thought this would not even be possible. You guys are awesome. Continue doing what you guys are doing. I will definitely be back and recommend you to friends and family!

She was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, ensuring I understood all my oil change options. Her efficiency in scheduling the appointment for 2:00 PM the same day was impressive. Upon arrival, Jonathan assisted me with check-in. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made a lasting impression. Felix Chevrolet also offers highly competitive pricing. They were running a special on a full synthetic oil change (up to 8 quarts) with an oil and filter change for just $80—an unbeatable deal, even compared to non-dealer shops.
