“Not happy, I believe the reason my warranty didn’t cover the oil cooler lines on my 2019 Z71 is due to the way the invoice was written and submitted. The front metal crimp connection on the metal oil line was leaking. The service rep wrote the invoice that the “rubber oil hose “ was leaking, well of course warranty is not going to cover a rubber hose replacement. The entire oil cooler line assembly had to be replaced. This line was leaking at the factory crimp on the metal lines. This is a factory defect. I did’t look at the invoice until I got home and saw that my repairs were submitted for “rubber hose” I just paid $1251.89 out of my pocket that should have been covered as a factory defect. I’m frustrated with my dealership service dept.”
