“Big shout out to Nick, Carlos and Erik! This was my first time leasing a vehicle and I was a little nervous going into it but they took the time to make sure I understood all of the information and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They made the whole experience stress free and I felt like I was well taken care of from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend. 😊”

“I had such a great experience working with Daniel and Hillary at Kia. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle — not just any vehicle. I never once felt pressured. They took the time to walk me through options, answer all of my (many!) questions, and really worked to help me get into my dream car while staying within a budget I felt comfortable with. That meant a lot to me and made the whole process feel collaborative and stress-free. Daniel was kind, honest, and easy to communicate with, and Hillary went above and beyond on the finance side to make the numbers work and explain everything clearly. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind the entire time. Thank you!!!”

“I LOVE this dealership. I have been a customer since they were I-25 Kia ( back in 2020) and just bought my second kia from them last week. Jamie Fry is an excellent salesman and I was so impressed with his followup and his professionalism. He was kind, he was considerate, and he spent time with me on several occasions not knowing if it would even result in a sale. He was patient and I never felt like I was being "sold to" - this is a GREAT group of people!! 5 stars!!”

“Hello Kia Longmont Personnel, I had a great experience at your location and wanted to share. I took my supervisor's vehicle in for an oil change recently. My service advisor Amanda was excellent! She was courteous and pleasant throughout the whole experience. She mentioned the vehicle was due for other maintenance and I declined for the time being as I was not authorized to have any other work done. She was very understanding and not pressuring in any way to upsell me. I appreciate that work ethic and wanted to commend her. Keep up the good work, would definitely recommend these guys! Kind Regards!”

“My 8-month pregnant wife, toddler, and I went here and purchased a new Kia Telluride in May where we were duped into purchasing a non-refundable warranty. During the sale, we were told the warranty was refundable
and we could opt-in to additional coverage at no extra cost
. We agreed, only to later find out that the “add-on” was actually a completely separate, non-refundable warranty called Paint and Fabric (P&F) coverage, also referred to as “Enviroshield” in one document. We feel like we were scammed. This add-on was never clearly disclosed as non-refundable, and we were continuously told it was “part of” the refundable, extended warranty (see photo of email communication). The dealership buried this coverage under different names across multiple documents. On the sales contract it wasn’t even listed but was included in “Other Charges” which was nearly $8k and included taxes and fees (photo attached). I assume this was intentional to hide this charge because the refundable NAC warranty was explicitly included on the sales contract which you can see in the photo. I’ve also attached a screenshot of the email we received to show why we were so confused after noticing an unknown $600 charge buried in the docs on a different order form. The email (which re-capped our in-person conversation) repeats a couple of lies which shows how we were misled. The P&F Coverage is not part of the refundable 10 year warranty (it’s completely separate and is only for 5 years).
It is also not bundled. They may use that term as a sales tactic but, again, it’s a completely separate warranty. In the end, we paid $600 for this warranty which includes a box of cleaning supplies (picture attached) and coverage that has so many exclusions it cannot reasonably be used. We feel like we were tricked into a scam. If this dealership is committed to improving and earning back my trust, they can skip the boilerplate response and fully refund me. I’ll update this review if anything changes.”
