I had been in the market looking to trade in my vehicle for months and other places in the area were unprofessional to say the least and I just wasn't getting the help I needed. Thankfully, the team at Koeppel is very customer oriented. Cindy was great at making sure I had an appointment and checking in on me prior to the meeting. Andre explaining everything in the finance office and answering my questions. From the texts, to the receptionist, to the actual in person visit, everything worked out.
