“Came to Harbor Hyundai to check out the IONIQ 5 and was greeted by Oscar. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly listened to my needs as a customer with a budget I wanted to stick to. After he showed me a few color options and features the car had to offer I decided to proceed with the purchase when he introduced me to the Finance Manger Alfredo. Another very friendly person that actually listened to my needs as a customer and didn’t pressure me to add on anything to my purchase that would increase my monthly payments and make me go above my budget that I was very strict about. We finished up the paperwork and he walked me back to Oscar who kindly helped me not only set up my Hyundai Blue Link app on my phone but also sat in the car with me and helped walk me through all the new features. A lot of what he said went over my head but that’s on me because this is my first EV loaded with technology that I will eventually understand and get used to. “Harbor Hundai is real people, they don't play around, when you request a quote, they will get back to you within half an hour the most. Very responsive and courteous people, easy to work with. They treat their customer with respect and care. I worked with Sal the sales manager first day I got there last minute before they close. Still he was very patient and willing to help me. The staff, Juan, Lexie, Dean & Gianni were super informative and helpful and answered all our questions while we were selecting our vehicle and going through options. They made it easy to get in and out fairly quickly. The store was clean and professional. There was a coffee machine you could use.
