Israel was very knowledgable of every aspect of the car I was looking at, and extremely patient and willing to show me how everything works. He wasn't pushy and made me feel comfortable and not rushed. Tito was also pleasant to work with the purchase. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Caruso Mazda.”

“Well I had the unfortunate pleasure of getting the run around by Tito and the used car director. I will NEVER RECOMMEND coming to this dealer.
I purchased a 2019 Cayenne for Caruso Mazda in Aug.
1st issue they tacked on a 950 dollar charge for “ceramic coating” that I never asked for and had to be professionally removed after my detailer showed me what a terrible job they did.
2- the oil level was over filled and produced a warning message for my 400 mile drive home that beeped every 10 mins- annoying
3- the next business day I brought to my mechanic for inspection and to preform 90k service since Caruso Mazda couldn’t even get oil level right I figured we should start fresh.
They found
Motor Mounts leaking
Rear main seal leaking
Belts, tensioners and Idlers need replacement
Water pump leaking
I contacted Tito and sent him pictures and what repairs needed to be done. He told me he would pass this up the chain.. they never called me. I contacted again and again. No calls returned. - horrible customer service
Finally I was told there was a second key and they would send it to me cause when I picked up the car “they couldn’t find it.”
Also I had pre paid for vehicle 4 days before I arrived… after getting off a 6hr flight. They hadn’t even gotten the car ready to be release so I had to sit for an hour and wait before I could leave…. Just not a great situation. Here were are at the end of October. I had NO warranty reimbursement for the $6670.00 nor has anyone called me back. I HOPE NO ONE EVER HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS LIKE I DID,
FIND ANOTHER DEALER THIS PLACE IS A CON AND A JOKE.”

“As a first-time buyer, I had superb experience with Caruso Mazda. During my initial visit, I met Ricardo and Tito who were very patient with me as to the cars I wanted to look at and the numbers to work
with. When I went back, Rid, Salim and Neri were also very helpful from the test drive down to the price negotiations and eventually closing the deal. Finalizing the paperwork and financing options were smoothly handled by Joshua.
Overall, what stood out for me was the team's focus on really listening to what their customers are saying. They have all addressed my concerns kindly. I always prefer businesses that value trust and good relations. 🌟”
