“Bought a brand new 2025 Mazda CX-50 Meridian Turbo in 11/2024. Unfortunately a rock cracked my windshield during a trip. Mazda of Lodi replaced my windshield 7/10/25 with the help of an outside source (dealer had OEM windshield but used outside source to install AT the dealership under dealerships care/service). The outside source’s tech completely shredded my dashboard on my brand new vehicle. My mother picked my car up, not one worker said a thing! Rosie our advisor didn’t say anything about this damage. Let my mom drive back home an hour away… luckily I noticed right away when I was inspecting to make sure it was OEM. We called the dealer & finally got through to Santiago. He was apologetic & said they would fix it. Also on top of the dash being damaged, the sensors were never calibrated by the service department. My vehicle always showed a malfunction warning ONLY AFTER the windshield was replaced, this also displayed at night so it wasn’t the sun Santiago said to bring the car in the morning of 7/16/25 as he wanted to be there to ensure all went smoothly. Perfect. We tried to call the night before & left a message as well as an email to double check we were good to come that morning (we live an hour away). Never heard back, so after calling 2-3 times the morning of, a lady on the phone finally said the loaner vehicle was not ready until 2pm. No problem. I drop my vehicle off and get the loaner & it’s absolutely disgusting! Why would you tell me I can’t come in the morning as planned because the loaner isn’t ready, yet give me a loaner in the condition it was given in?? I’ve never had a loaner with all the brand new stickers/tags on it as well?? Also found a bag of peanuts (I’m allergic) and a keychain in the back Now we received a phone call from the outside source, a few weeks after getting the loaner. They called to offer to pay for us to go anywhere we want to get the vehicle fixed. Problem is no one would touch this vehicle. It’s brand new and needed the dashboard replaced. We ended up calling the dealer confused & Santiago told us they were not able to fix the car anymore. So we asked to speak to the person in charge & was met with Jeff. Jeff said something along the lines of “it’s an easy job. Anywhere will fix it. Find somewhere to fix it. We’ll pay for it”. Entertained the idea and called around and everyone said no way; this was the dealerships responsibility. The dealership was trying (I’m assuming) to shift the liability onto someone else. All of a sudden Jeff said they had someone to fix it & that they would fix it Finally Santiago called us 8/27/25 saying it is scheduled to be fixed by 8/30/25. Never heard from him after that. Called 9/3/25 & was told it was ready to be picked up. They never locked the doors after closing that day and drove it around, after saying it was done and ready to be picked up Thursday September 4th I picked up my car and met Santiago. But now my brand new vehicle is ruined due to the service department “fixing” my dash. There’s damage done in numerous areas (scratches, etc.). I know with 110% certainty it’s not from me. I took over 50 photos/videos before dropping it off. The camera was damaged and needed to be replaced entirely (hence why sensors didn’t work) and the air vent extension was broken at the air box during the dashboard replacement that this dealer’s service techs did Overall do not recommend, terrible experience. Any good reviews are for the sales department which sounds pretty nice. The dealership itself was clean. But service department lacks in everything; car sales can make you as much money as you want but if your service department falls short YIKES…I wouldn’t want to buy a vehicle through a dealership that can’t help me fix my vehicle & have it worked on with care (thank god I bought my Mazda elsewhere). Go anywhere else. Go to another Mazda dealer. Go to the repair shop down the road. YouTube how to do it yourself at this point, you’ll do a better job. photo responding to dealer’s response at end”

“Exceptional Experience at Lodi Mazda - Ask for Juan After a disappointing interaction at another dealership in Ramsey, Lodi Mazda was a breath of fresh air. Juan, my salesperson, delivered one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in the car-leasing process. I came in looking for a CX-90 3.3 PF, and Juan walked me through every lease option that aligned with my budget and needs. He took the time to show me two different models with premium features, asked thoughtful questions about what my “must-haves” were versus what I could live without, and explained how those choices could help me lock in the best pricing. The level of attention, transparency, and patience he showed made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I left with exactly the car I wanted at the monthly payment I had planned for, which is all any customer can ask for.
