“I had the most amazing experience here NOT buying a new car! I came in to test drive a new Honda, The salesman Clark V , and the sales manager were both amazing people, ZERO pressure, extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! It became apparent that we just were not going to get to a deal. It is then that I realized they were different, they remained calm, helpful and honest, a few days later they reached out to the Toyota store that they didn’t work for to help work out a deal that did work for me! I ended up buying from a different West Herr store because of the extra effort these two people put into a deal they really didn’t have a stake in. I was simply amazed !!!”

“Absolutely awesome experience! Had been in about a year ago and just were not quite ready to pull the trigger, as financially we were not in position to get what we were really after. Did my homework, and wanted a CRV! Met with Rakib in sales then, and left with a great feeling about him and knew then I would be going back for sure when the time came. So started messing around on West Herr website a month or so before returning, entered contact information and from there, Alex was very aggressive in keeping in touch with me. Many calls! almost every other day it seemed. Some may have been turned off by this and I will admit it, I would get slightly annoyed on occasion, as I just did not have the down payment secured yet. That being said, I can really appreciate her persistence in going after my business. Did not let me get away lol. So finally set up an appointment to meet and when I walked in. Rakib was front and center. I ended up dealing with him again, which I was very happy about based on our past experience. From there, the complicated and stressful process of making such a huge life decision, could not have been more pleasant. I was not an easy customer in any way as I was back-and-forth on budget versus shooting for the stars and really getting what I was after all along if all things being even. NEVER ONCE DID RAKIB NOT FOLLOW MY LEAD AND TRY TO GET ME EXACTLY WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR! Even had a great price for a Toyota which was better than competitors quote if I wanted to go that route.He did a great job explaining everything as we went along, and I always felt like he was doing the very best he could for me! Provided bottles of water. Nice touch! Mike, the sales manager also had come out a few times and unlike some dealerships where I have really felt pressured and uncomfortable in this situation, he was very friendly came off professional and personable and gave me the impression that he valued my business versus trying to make extra money off someone so eager to buy. From there, Jadon in finance was excellent at describing all the warranty options. Unfortunately I had exhausted my budget on getting the actual vehicle. Reason I went to Honda in the first place is peace of mind that I’m buying a highly reliable automobile, but as he explained with all the tech these days, some additional protection should be considered. I did my research here, and there are some competitive options to look into in regards to extended warranties. Still never felt like Jadon was being dishonest in any way, just doing this job and making sure that if I could afford the extra coverage that I got it. Simon sealed the deal and handed me my keys. Went over everything carefully, and I had no questions or confusion about anything at all when it was done. What a cohesive group! In the end, I would refer anyone to West Herr Honda. They are strong at customer service and have a great product to stand behind! I love my brand new silver 2026 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport L!!!! Coffee machine in the waiting area a huge plus lol!!!! “Outstanding saleswomen Marie Tabacznski. During a resent visit, I stopped by to look at a 2026 Passport. With no intentions to purchase, Marie gave me the keys and said take it for a drive.
