Knew this was what we wanted, my husband went one evening while I was at work and did the test drive and started the process for the purchase. The next day, we went to pick it up. Also nearly evening. Everything went smooth. The next morning, we realized the tires were total junk. How it passed the “certified inspection” is beyond me. When my husband called to see if they could give us a discount on new tires, or do something for us with this $50k purchase that was made less than 24 hours ago, the answer was no. They couldn’t give a discount, coupon, nothing. Once they have the sale, they don’t care about you as a customer. The salesman and people who we worked with were nice, but I wouldn’t go back again. It seems like they’re not interested in retaining customers.”
