“I had just bought a Mercedes GLC 300 from a non-Mercedes dealer and needed help getting the car setup with the Mercedes app. I went into MBOL and Cody took control of the situation, and with several tries, was successful in registering my new car and activating the app.
This was a couple of days in process, but he was great communicating with me and letting me know he was working on the task at hand!

“Joe was sweet and worked with me on securing the best deal possible on my CLS. We had a few minor hick ups but the manager made sure that I was accommodated due to any inconvenience. Now that is good business practice! Joe answered whenever I called with concerns. After dealing with crooks at multiple dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air to have good customer service. My trip from NYC was well worth it. Thank you to Joe and all the managers that helped me purchase my new car, which is beautiful and I am in love with it!!”

“I bought my Mercedes from MB of Littleton last year and have been very happy with my service team and experience. They always have a loaner for me, they're always super polite. The work is always done to my satisfaction. I really appreciate that.
Today I had to call for a minor aftermarket item I wanted added and I had poor Roxy running back and forth to the mechanic getting information for me.
She was very polite and efficient. Exactly what I would expect from Mercedes. So please give her a big thank you. See you guys soon. 😀”
