“Yes, I see you call everyday while I'm at work, and While many repairs were made to the truck, mechanically, they did not address any of the body damage caused by the wheel coming off, they also caused new body damage while the truck was in their care, they also left me with a $640 tow till to pay, so if they want the review removed or changed they need to address this with me. After all don't you charge everyone for an "Appearance package" that you can somehow "not remove" from the purchase price. Should that not cover the damage? Bought a used truck from this place and it almost killed me, it needed work, definitely needed brakes, so they installed new brakes all around and I have no idea what else, the deal didn't exactly go smoothly as it should have either but I digress as I have gotten over that. Well yesterday while driving the passenger side rear wheel evacuated itself from the vehicle, broken lug studs from being over torqued when the brakes were installed. After a 2 hour walk in the mountains back to cell phone signal I was able to make a call for a tow, wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for the tow to arrive, then pay the extortion rate of $640.00 to get my truck towed back home. I have put less than 2200 miles on the truck since I purchased it and I never messed with anything wheel and tire related so this one is on them. I'm now in need of a new rim and tire, brake rotor and all 24 new lug studs and lug nuts. Don't trust the technicians at this particular dealership, I'm lucky I'm not dead because of this place. I WILL be contacting them directly once Labor Day has passed.”

“Great salesman, dealership could improve. We worked with Liam and he was excellent. Very helpful, transparent, and wants the best for his customers. He made things right where it mattered. The dealership on the other hand could improve. There were many delays on communication, repairs not complete when promised, and a few other things that needed extra follow up. Still we appreciated the professionalism from Liam and were overall happy with how things ended up. Just be ready to stay on top of the process.”
