“What an awesome experience! Truly refreshing in this day and age. Looking for a dealership that’s not pushy, overpriced or aggressive? This is seriously the spot! Jose went out of his way to work with me on a beautiful Bronco Sport for my wife. We had a set budget in mind, color preference and trim. He found us the perfect vehicle well within our means. Big thanks to Muhammed the sales manager for reaching out and helping us wrap up the deal in a timely manner. We were approved quickly and well within our initial budget. Tim in finance was so nice, quick and very informative, not pushy with unnecessary warranties or extras that we didn’t need (unlike many other dealerships I’ve experienced in the past). Tom was super helpful in educating us on all the ins and outs of the new car as well. We can’t recommend this place enough. No arrogant pushy sales tactics, just great folks selling cars and investing in future clients. We certainly will be driving the extra 30 miles to work with these folks over others in our area.”

“Richard in the Service Dept was outstanding!! The mobile repair team…extraordinary! My son is currently deployed and his mustang battery died. I was unable to gain access to the vehicle due to the manual unlocking was not accessible. When I say Lithia Spring Ford took care of everything, that’s a understatement. They got the vehicle to the dealership, provided excellent repair service (new tires, oil change, and chassis work, just to name a few, was handled efficiently and timeframe on point. They also had it washed. I am happy they understood and appreciated my son’s dedication to our country. We were NOT disappointed at all. Great job and thank you💜”

“This is for the service department. I took in my car for recalls and see why my new battery and or electrical wiring is cause low battery. I was my own customer service representative thoughout the time my car was in the shop. I had to call to get information on my car. I was told it was ready for pickup on 10/7/25. I didn't hear anything from my service advisor after that. I called on 10/9/25 with no one answering on the other line. Left a voicemail to call me back with no call back. 10/10/25 came around still no answer. So I had to get someone that was working in the front office to track my service advisor down. He call me back and informed me that they had to order another part and it will be coming in either 10/13/25 or 10/14/25. On 10/15/25 still no call with information on my car. So I called up there again and finally getting a hold of my service advisor. He told me he was busy and he'll call me back. Which I understand about being busy at the moment. But 2 hours later he finally called me back and he informed me that my car was ready. No battery/ electrical issues was informed to me. I went to pick it up later that day with my service advisor gone for the day. I had to get my car from another service advisor. I only saw my service advisor when I dropped off my car at the begin of this mess. I got in the car started to drive away when I had a engine code. Not even off the dealership lot. The technician look at it and found a harness not plugged in all the way. 20 minutes later they fixed the harness issue. Now I don't know what else is wrong now. I lost trust in yall. First time driving it since i got it back I turned my car on and just like that my battery is dead. I got told my electrical is good. After that I just went to my local Kroger which is about 7 miles away from my house. I started the trip at 181 miles to empty tank when i got home my milages is 119 to empty tank. Im going to have to take it back. With a small oil smell. I got it back worse than I took it in. Yall had it for a month straight. Very very very frustrated. No communication skill, and no customer service, I had a really bad experience!”
