“I arrived at this location right at 9:00 a.m. and asked Daryl for assistance in checking whether a vehicle I’m interested in purchasing had been placed into ERO (repairs/service program) and whether it was ready for sale. He stated that he needed to speak with his supervisor, Adrian, to confirm. As of 9:42 a.m., I have still not received any update. Neither Daryl nor Supervisor Adrian has approached me to provide status, communication, or a timeline. I’m still waiting without any acknowledgment. This lack of communication and follow-up reflects poor customer service. Based on this experience, I would caution others to reconsider shopping at the Lithia Springs CarMax location.”
