“Traded in my 2004 Corolla S, Silver, 5 speed manual, 21 years old and 308,000 miles. The goal was to hit 300,000 miles or the car dies. I hit the target goal and its now time for new vehicle. Thank you to my friend Ken, who mentioned car guru's and I found this beauty. I also did my pre qualification financing on car guru's, made the buying experience and "in the box" as smooth as possible. 2023 Highlander, with 38K miles, All black XSE Trim, with black/Red Interior, bigger LCD screen, JBL speakers etc. Just CLEAN beautiful truck.
I set my appointment for Wednesday to see the 23 highlander and test drive. Thank you Manny for helping me with the first step. I test drove another 23 highlander the next day Thursday and was not impressed with it. On Friday morning went back to Lisle and met Eramio. I wanted to trade in my old 2004 Corolla S for this beauty and Eramio was a huge help. Thank you Eramio, for helping me with the purchase process trade in and documents signing. Thank you to Malcolm, with finding best financing options for my budget, I enjoyed our conversations while "in the box". Manny, Malcom and Eramio were friendly, polite and patient with me. Thank you so much, made buying my Truck smooth and as painless as possible. I'm grateful and I appreciate your help. Don't forget to hit the GONG!”

“I recently purchased a car from Honda of Lisle and would like to share my experience.
First of all, Ryan, Nic, and Ian were absolutely amazing to work with. They were very cooperative, friendly, and supportive throughout the entire buying process. Their excellent customer service made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to purchase the car.
Regarding the finance manager, Nick, I must say he is exceptionally patient and cooperative. I had the chance to meet him again recently when I accompanied a friend to view a vehicle, and his professionalism stood out. It made me realize that my own purchase experience could have been far better had Nick been the one handling my financing.
Unfortunately, my experience with Malcolm, who managed my financing, was not positive. He was neither cooperative nor friendly during the process. He came across as rude and failed to clearly explain crucial details such as the terms and conditions, lemon law, and pricing breakdown while I was signing the documents. I also felt that I wasn’t presented with all the available options or given the clarity I expected at such an important stage. Additionally, Malcolm called me during my work hours demanding references and, when I requested a call back later, he threatened that if I didn’t provide them immediately, they would take back the vehicle. This behavior was unprofessional and made the experience stressful.
Overall, while the sales team (Ryan, Nic, and Ian) provided an outstanding car buying experience, the financing process with Malcolm left much to be desired. I truly appreciate the efforts of the sales team and finance manager Nick, but I hope the dealership addresses such issues to ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience.”

“I really had a great experience with my car purchase. Scott was super helpful in explaining everything about the car and the process. He was very laid back, and I never felt pressured or hurried. Even then, the whole process only took a few hours. Even while they were preparing the legal docs, he took us to the car, helped us set up our phones and explained all the technology settings. This is the third time I’ve purchased from Honda Superstore of Lisle, and I will definitely be back when it’s time to purchase again.”
