“This was by far the worst and most dishonest experience I have ever had buying a car. I found this dealership through an ad and went in to look at a 2012 Bentley. I loved the car and made a deal, trusting that they would handle it properly. Instead, they completely ruined the two-pane driver’s side window while “detailing” it. The damage was huge, as shown in the photo below. Their excuse? They told me it was “just condensation” and that it would magically dry in a day or two. The salesman, Derrik Walton, looked me in the eye and guaranteed they would take full responsibility if it didn’t. Spoiler alert — it didn’t, and neither did they. When I tried to follow up, Derrik suddenly disappeared and stopped returning every single call I made. I then contacted the manager, Angelo Galvez, who repeatedly told me he’d call me back — and never once did. Excuse after excuse, no accountability, no honesty, and absolutely no intention of fixing the damage THEY caused. This dealership operates with zero integrity. They lie, they deflect, and they take advantage of people. They do not stand behind their word, and once they have your money, you’re on your own. I will now be filing complaints with Consumer Affairs and taking this to small claims court, because dealerships like this shouldn’t be able to get away with treating customers like this. The only reason they’re getting one star is because the system won’t let me give zero.”
