“Called in to get a door handle replaced and asked if they had the part on stock. They told me they would have to see if the handle needed replaced first. Took it in and they charged me $120 to tell me I needed a new door handle and I would have to bring it in when the part came in. Also, the code reader said there was a problem with cylinder #7. They pulled the spark plug and the ceramic around the electrode was broken. Then they put the broken spark plug back in and charged me $120 and said I'd have to bring it back in to replace the spark plug. They also recommended replacing the engine for $10k. The engine has 85k miles on it. They recommended new rear brakes for $1,300, and transmission fluid change for $700. They charged me $480 and didn't fix anything. I'll be going to Duteau's from now on.”
