“I brought my vehicle to them in October stating I was afraid my car was overheating and that I could see smoke coming from my hood sporadically. But I was receiving no warning lights. They checked my vehicle and said it was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with it. I even asked Diamond if they were sure because smoke is never not concerning and she assured me my car was perfectly fine. Although there was leakage on the engine bay that I also mentioned over the phone and to her. Fast forward to the end of November and my car is smoking again and I get the low oil pressure notification and I get my car towed to them explaining the situation and that I was frustrated they didn't catch a problem to begin with in October. Turns out there was a leak in the "turbo oil feed pipe". They quoted me 800 for that replacement and to replace a cam gasket which they didn't explain to me exactly what that was. I asked them about a discount because they didn't catch that leak in October. Tim told me 10%. I picked up my fixed vehicle and was trying to figure out why they didn't put a new oil change sticker on my windshield. I went back inside to ask Tim, only to be told they didn't replace the filter but I "should be good for a few thousand miles". Why would a reputable dealership fill an empty engine with new oil when there was a leak but not replace the filter when they could see that I was due for one anyway? I didn't have time to question it because I was going out of town. I will be back in to the dealership soon to see if they will make things right. Because that is unacceptable.”

“Unethical Business Practices Update to my post. Never heard for their business manager but wasn’t surprised by this. Unethical business rarely follow up. I did go to Friendly Chevrolet in Albemarle. I had a fantastic experience there. They gave me $8000 more for my trade so I was able to upgrade to a 3500 Duramax Diesel! Was in and out in an hour and 10 minutes. Would have been quicker but I test drove 2 trucks. Call Friendly Chevrolet first for any vehicle need you may have. See pictures below! Thanks Friendly Chevrolet for an excellent experience! Unethical business practice. Be very aware if you even consider doing business with this company. After arriving at the dealership in Lillington to trade my vehicle and purchase another one on their lot, (title in hand and a cash deal) I was made to wait for over 2 hours while the “sale manager worked the numbers”. After finally agreeing to the numbers and me writing the check, I was told oh, we’re sorry, we had the wrong vehicle listed in our system. The vehicle you want, the one I inspected and drove, would be an additional $6000. All of the numbers on their sales sheet were correct and matched the amount for the check I wrote, and then to have them renege on the transaction they agreed to, very unethical. I walked out and will continue to write bad reviews. If Mr Hiester or the General Manager would like to call me and honor the deal his sales manager agreed to today, I’ll be glad to amend my review. My salesman TJ has all of my contact information.”

“I've bought twice from this dealership and each time was a breeze. The first saleswoman doesn't work there any more and this time I worked with Gary and he was great! There wasn't a moment I felt pressured and he really knows his stuff in and out and can answer just about any questions I could throw at him. Hes been great after the fact too. Definitely recommend. The service center in the back is awesome too. Quick and good work.”

“We had an amazing experience at this dealership. Our salesman Mr. Sullivan ran the extra mile for us to make sure that we could get the car that we wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Everyone was very nice and helpful, the manager, the financing gentleman, they all provided us with excellent customer service. We are very happy and we will certainly come back to this dealership next time we need to buy another vehicle.”
